    Someway somehow we come away with a new starting QB.

    Either draft a QB or trade for Rivers or Cutler or Manziel.

    Oh and hold on to Wilkerson.

    We trade down to around the 20s and get these 4 players in the 1st 3 rounds

    1. Shane Ray OLB Mizzou
    2. Phillip Dorsett WR Miami
    3. Ali Marpet OG Hobart
    4. Jay Ajayi RB Boise State

    Really. I said last year with 12 picks we couldn't mess it up. Boy was I wrong. Amaro is the only pick we had with promise.

    I love Ajayi, I thought I was the only one. Kid looks like a young beastmode. I'm a University of Arizona alumni and after watching him TEAR us up in the bowl game I figured this kid has a chance to be something special.

    How does everyone feel about Kevin White? After watching him at the combine I'd be relatively happy but something feels wrong about that type of player for us that high at 6. Cooper to me is the only sure WR at 6.

    That's the play. Forget Mariotta....could be great and could take 3 years to get up to speed.

    A couple of things:

    1) Trading down is a completely valid option and has been a favorite tactic of many successful franchises over the years. I'm not trying to imply that I want the Jets to trade down (I actually don't), but I think it's worth pointing out that many teams have had success trading down and acquiring more picks.

    2) I think our GM has already proven, via free agency, that he isn't "ball-less"
