So I just did about 5 minutes of research and I guess Anthony Lynn is one of the best coaches to use on offense in Madden, so now I understand why barf likes his abs so much.

Mike Vrabel is another one. I wonder if we'll hear Anthony Lynn's name soon.

I’m starting to get frustrated with all these interviews.
You know the interview process for HC, arguably the most important non player position on the team, has been a major disappointment or at least uninspiring so far here at TGG as we spend more time discussing the finer points of the Rooney rule instead on worrying about getting the best possible candidate that can turn this sad franchise around. The mighty 33 team has shown very little interest on a HC with offensive depth and experience, be it McCarthy, Kingsbury, Monken and the like. The Rooney rule does zippo as far as finding the best candidate. We need talent and leadership no matter the diversity.
The Jets have always being stellar at complying with the Rooney rule yet we failed miserably at selecting coaching talent.

The 33 team has replaced Saleh asWoody's personal cheerleader, Woody said lets go to the blast from the past and trying hiring a defensive coordinator for the 11th time and Tanny getting that big check from Woody regardless of future Jets success got the pom poms out. Tanny or the 33 team don't give a crap about the Jets future Success they already can get clients based on Washingtons success, all they care about is getting that big fat check and if that means telling Woody what he wants to hear so be it.

Yup, that's the term the census department uses now, it is somewhat more specific than "Arab". I still cannot find any definition that the NFL uses for minorities or diverse, except perhaps "female." I say perhaps because they don't seem to specify if that refers to what's on a birth certificate or if it's a matter of personal identification.

I asked about Saleh in response to someone posting he had gotten an interview as if it was going to result in a job for him - it could but it could also be a way towards satisfying the Rooney Rule now that it has been shown the NFL has categorized him as such in the past. He's scheduled to interview in Dallas tomorrow, apparently for the HC job.

    Disagree.

Unless the 33Team was put together to make a few bucks quickly and then fold up their tent one would have to believe that they are in it for the long run and they'll only get a long run if their work consistently adds value. Nobody builds a car that they know will piss off every owner and die out in five years as long as they get paid today; nobody opens a restaurant without caring about the food and service as long as they can bill somebody a hundred bucks tonight.

I could not care less how much 33 bills the Jets, Johnson can afford it and he has proven time and time again that he is not equipped to hire people to lead the Jets out of the ditch whether he does it alone, with NFL relics or with an everyday headhunter organization.

I'd be interested in knowing what method you believe the Jets should use to hire key people for the organization.
