    I said this last year at the end of the year that we would struggle this year. It's best to go 6 and 10 and rebuild with KC at the helm. I just dont understand fans who want to go to the playoffs just to be eliminated in the first round. More to the point, we have so many holes on defense that there would be no way we could make the playoffs even with Chad at the helm. Sometimes you have to take a step back to go forward

    Our D's looked as bad or worse at this stage of the year in both '01 and '02. Adjustments can be made so b/c the D stinks now doesn't mean it will all year, it's up the coaches and players to find a way to turn it around but it can be done.
