No team is. Not one. Which is why no one should care. The playing field was even.

In 1996 three teams broke the single season record for HRs and 17 players hit 40 or more HRs shattering the previous record of 8 players set in 1961. Steroids were pretty widespread in 1996 or do you dispute that?

 

Isn't that the year the O's went HR crazy and Brady F**king Anderson had like 50 HR's? haha.

Yep and Baltimore was one of the three teams to break the single season HR record. Seattle and Oakland being the other two.
