As for Proctor, yeah, it was dirty, but the Sox have been getting away with it for years. Jeter's had a few come too close to his skull in many a Red Sox game. It's an eye for eye. I don't know if I'd play it that way myself, but I understand.

 

Not to mention A Rod getting hit and then getting bitch slapped by Varitek. The rest of this weekend should be very interesting.
