It's what I call ESPN when they're blatantly pro-Sox. I stole it from NYYFans.

Im glad you guys won. Redsox fans humilated themselves the way they treated arod this weekend. I mean, sure some of it was funny, but the blonde wigs and chants were nuts. It made me happy when he put the nail in the coffin. fucking boston fans.

Shame this series turned on a blown call at home plate. Guy seemed to have a good angle too I'm not sure exactly what he was looking at. Whatever side of the call you're on it's a load of crap when umpires decide games like this.

1- Doesn't make up for all the bad calls against us this year
2- He was out. His foot didn't touch the plate (Blocked By Jorgie)
3- This is an obvious attempt by you to stir the pot.

That's the best point. They showed the replay, it was an AMAZING call by the ump when they showed the replay. How the ump got that right is beyond me. His foot ran right into Jorge's, but never touched home plate. As I've said, when umps decide a game either way, for or against, I have a problem with it. Last night, the ump did not do that. He got it right.

It wasn't a "good" play, it was just a LOT of luck in favor of the Yankees.

Posada blocked him, he didn't touch the plate at least from the angles I saw and we hav been getting crewed all year long so I'm not throwing it back if it was a bad call.

It was clearly the right call. Lugo's foot hit Posada's foot, not the plate at all.

In truth, Abreu saved this one with his play on what would have been an insurance rbi by Pedroia.

This game doesn't upset me. Disappoints, but doesn't upset. We're still way beyond where we expected to be, we're still waiting for a few big bats, and we're still the stronger team. The only question for me is: When will the inevitable cooling-off come for Lowell and Youkilis?

I'm not sure what angles you all saw. Obviously his front foot was blocked but the throw was high and Posada didn't put the tag on him until he was well past the plate and had dragged his back foot over.
