Through everything that has happened, if we could find a way to win today's game it would be huge

I've got to admit it's pretty funny watching Myers try to function as an actual pitcher. He has no clue what's going on.

The only player I wish more injury on than Cano is Bonds.

Fractured finger. Just perfect. This season can be summed up with either of two words. Injury and Suck.

He can't help this. This is beyond help. I think maybe it's time for me to turn off the games for a while. I think after we get murdered by Boston I'll take a baseball break.

I can understand why they ran, twice today with runners on 3rd we got an uncontested stolen base. Just... i wouldn't be running with beltran up.. Carlos II, i run, Carlos I, no way

There's no reason to run there, even if he makes it it just gives the Yankees an open base to put Beltran. Frankly I'm not sure why they even gave him a pitch to hit there with 2 outs, and it almost cost them 2 runs.

It's agressive baseball. Willie learned to do that when he was first coaching here, when we actually did it. When you have a lead against a team on the ropes, you go for the jugular. End it early, and rest your starters the last two innings. It's smart baseball, and it's something the Yankees forgot a long time ago.

Smart baseball is weighing Risk vs Reward. The only way you run in that situation is if you get another one of the "so big a jump they're not going to bother throwing".
