I haven't watched the Yanks in a few weeks. I was pissed about their crappy play and was really busy. I completely forgot it was the last game,i've been wrapped up in football. I turned to see the last half of the 9th right after the Crackboys/packers game. Glad i got to see that and the ending. Very sad. I don't care how nice the new park is. Yankee stadium and it's history can't be replaced. I'm glad i got to go back one more time last June. Also glad i got to take my daughters for the tour a couple of years ago. They got to sit in the dugout,go in the clubhouse and the press booth.
i was there first row dugout, it was amazing as a baseball fan to witness. one of the best games i've went to once in a lifetime experience. It sort of felt like world series atmosphere but a little different.
and the guy who tried to run on the field got a nice beat down by 10 cops with nightsticks. fucking hilarious.
