if the trade included sending Gholston to NE then the caller would have died in his sleep.

A 23 year old franchise QB who just helped bring us to the AFCG for a declining QB towards the end of their career?

I don't care about the other parts of the deal, that is terrible.

Hey, you and me both know that the guy who started the thread made this up in his head, and to distance himself he put it on a Pats fan.

being favored to win the SB and being good enough to win the SB are two entirely different things. I'd rather stick with Sanchez, who knows the system and the receives and will be better with the Jets next year than McNabb would be and thus gives us the better chance to win the SB, than a player who simply makes us the favorite but probably not as good.

why you are more interested in the perception of the team, the Jets being the favorite, rather than the team's actual ability is beyond me. McNabb does not make the Jets better even if the odds makers think it will entice more bets.

adding Nnamdi Asomgha may not be as beneficial as a player that we can draft at 29 that may have amore significant impact, like a pass rusher.

it was a stupid Pats fan's idea because he's afraid of McNabb coming to the Jets.

It has nothing to do with any jets fan thinking this.

There are a lot of fans that think Madden is real and apparently this idiot was losing sleep over this idea.

no i didn't, i've never bashed a thread before, and i'm one that usually gets mad when people shoot down a lot of threads because i enjoy seeing opinions and views of fellow jets fans, but your post was retarded.

why trade for a corner when we just acquired the best two corner duo in the league, and why trade your franchise quarterback that you drafted #5 overall last year, and had start 18 games last season, for a 33 year old qb that has no chemistry with the receivers. idiotic and a waste of time.

How about Brady goes to the Raiduhs for all of the Raiders' picks, then Ghost to the Pats for all of Patriots' picks? Seems just enough of a nightmare for the Pats as well, no?

Guys, my neighbor's mongoloid nephew dreamed that the Jets traded Revis and Tomlinson for Godzilla and the red Power Ranger. Should they pull the trigger?
