well, not a maid. A cleaning lady? She comes every two weeks to clean the house but she tends to mess things up. I honestly don't know if she's even responsible, but it worked Saturday night and did not work Sunday afternoon after she did the room. Who's your provider? That happened a week ago and you still don't have a replacement? That's rediculous. Make sure once you get the replacement that you call in and demand a credit for the time you had no service(date of first call to report the broken rcvr) to the date of activation of a new one. You'll usually be able to get bigger credits and whatnot too if you complain enough.
