Cain would've pitched Game 2 of the NLCS except for the park issue. Bochy wanted Cain on the road in the hitter's park, and Sanchez at home in SF. The normal rotation is Lincecum-Cain-Sanchez, and that's what they're doing. Sanchez isn't getting bumped because of a bad start. He has those kinds of starts and you just have to roll with them and hope he isn't so wild the next time. His stuff is as good as anyone's, really.
