Did you read the second part of my post? There are numerous programs and sites out there that allow you to not only mask an IP address, but buy completely new ones. Not that I will post the link, since it is illegal in the states, but there is a site in Germany that sells German IP addresses (along with the software to use it on your computer). So I could be sitting in my living room in front of my computer eating a bowl of coco-puffs in upstate NY, but if you tracked my IP it would say I was in Germany. It is actually quite simple. (Not that I have ever used such a program :lol: ) Besides that, GM already stated that both IPs were from Austin, Texas. Your argument still isn't logical.
