He hired the least qualified guy? Okay, his resume is short, but who is more "qualified"? Heimerdinger? Maybe, but probably not. Henderson? Everyone wanted him gone in December, then wanted him to take over in January. How about Tice? Now that would have been a great pick! The stadium is practically in walking distance to an ocean! PARTY BOATS! Then there was the guy from the 'Aints. I can't even remember his name right now, but for crying out loud is he better than Mangini? He could only blame Katrina for last year. How about the rest of his tenure? No, Mangini does not have a long resume of top-tier coaching experience. Then again, he has served under BP, and BB, so he must be at the very least competant. Add to that the fact that Belli did everything but beg on his knees for Mangini not to go to NY, and I think the guy is a pretty hot commodity. I'll take his pedigree over any of the competition this year any time.
