Fine? So with your logic trade away our feature star RB who put up numbers last year. Bring in Cutler to throw the ball to our WRs. That would mean hey we now have a franchise QB but no RBs and no WRs.....

Me thinks he'd need to be packing 16" just to make it past the beef.

    agreed...back to Cutler.

The Jets will need to cough up a 1st rounder...probably a 2nd or 3rd rounder from next year's draft....and a starter.....to get this done, IMO. And if anybody can "finagle" this, Tanny can.

You're not listening, 1290. HB is a "plug n' play" position.....we could draft a powerback in the 3rd round (hell, even later if need be) to fill TJ's spot. We're not going with a feature back scenario anyways...it will be running back by committee, according to R.Ryan.

Cutler to Cotchery or Clowney will get it done, IMO. The cupboard isn't totally bare in regards to the WR position...we still have some playmakers.

You dont get it Jones is not a star RB as a matter of fact he is widely considered a bust. Did nothing for the Cards, Bucs & Bears he finally started to play hard when they drafted Benson cause he knew his career was in trouble. Also yes I would rather have Cutler & no 1st round pick with Leon, Coth, Keller, Clowney, Stuckey & either 2nd round Britt/Brown & 3rd round Robiske/best RB out there. Or Kellen/Ratliff & 31 year old (which is like a 40 year old QB) RB that is slow & does not break tackles Jones.

easy there, Tom.....no need to lose all touch with reality.

TJ is and has been quite productive...throughout his career (moreso in the latter stages...but that's a testament to his work ethic). Calling him a "bust" is a little much.

I think "bust" is a little strong. Underachiever could probably be said, especially early in his career.

You know, as much as I'd love to trade an arm and a leg for an inconsistent and overrated prima donna.. yeah, no, I don't want that at all. Cutler needs to stop acting like a greedy, spoiled little girl and actually accomplish something on the field.

Up until his 2nd year with the Bears he was a bust look at his career stats 5 years of nothing. I am not saying he is bad 1290 is trying to change my words HE is making him out to be a star which he is not.
