That is why we hope the Steelers win or the Titans bean Jax. If all the teams end 8-9, Jax gets in if they lose to Tenn.
A Loss makes Saleh and JD look worse it fuels Woodys anger even more He finally decides to land a big Fish (excuse the Pun) grab Harbaugb or Payton so let’s see..how the players feel They will half play like at Seattle cause their Coach has turned into Todd Sleeping Bowles
Saleh has injured men on that team gutting it out for a meaningless game vs Miami and this is what he says about Zach Wilson today: "sit on a beach, read a book and reset" (so F-ing coddled)....
Win and we knock out Miami and get a lower draft position. Lose and we get a higher draft position. We both win and lose either way.
This is the first season in a long time I haven't even looked at the Tankathon rankings. I'd rather have them win and knock the phins out of the playoffs. Finishing the season on a 6 game losing streak, including losing to Miami's backup doesn't sit well with me, and isn't good for the team. 10-18 is a fine place to find another OT and I think Douglas will pick right, regardless of the pick #.
Good question, @Borat, but the real answer is the Jets gave up on their coach and team weeks ago. The only way they win is a melt down by Dolphins 3rd string QB Skylar Thompson. It is possible, but I think he can score 10 points at least. That should be enough to defeat this terrible Jets offense. Expect an ugly game between two promising teams that let down their fans by season's end. To answer your question: If I could choose, I would take the win. Losing 6 straight to end a season is embarrassing. Stop the bleeding and go into the off-season with some positivity. I am not confident the Jets are capable of that though, so I will take the higher draft pick.
Clemons already plays regular rotation snaps. Huff is the only guy you can make an argument for IMO. His lack of snaps is baffling.
Saleh not making any changes to the lineup. He said he will stick with the veterans to close it out. (thought it might be a good game to evaluate guys like Ruckert, Sherwood, Jermaine Johnson, etc. myself)
Sorry folks, like the team itself most Sundays, I do not care what they do. If they didn't give a shit against Detroit, Jax and Sea with playoffs on the line, why should us fans care at all anymore? I onlly wish this last game was at home so nobody would show up and stick it up the Johnson's rear ends. I need the next 6 months to recover from this absolute abortion. 1 win since Election day, and mark my words, that win was only because Justin Fields (who we should have drafted), was out injured. An utter disgrace.
From a humanitarian standpoint, can a vote be placed to put this team out of its misery as quickly as possible by going back to a 16 game schedule? Jets +3.5
Miami has it's third string guy playing. Remember him from earlier? Skylar whatever. Jets might have crapped out but they aren't losing to that bum. Now a Streveler/Skylar matchup might be the worst matchup in QB history.
BS draft is a crap shoot 80% of the time the potential is generally more perceived than actual whcih is why so many teams make bad draft picks phuck the phish
