Garbage calls and a new garbage rule. Hope it can be changed for next year or at least modified to allow for a clean sack and not having to shift your body to either side of the QB as Mike perirra alluded to with Vilma's tackle during the same game!
According to that guy on NFL network Mike something the head of referees if a player uses his body to drive the QB into the ground it's roughing the passer. He said the player has to turn his body to the side so he doesn't land on top of the QB. It's absurd but if thats the case then it was a penalty.
D'Brick got embarassed on that play and Mario layed the smackdown, simple as that. But Chad for the most part is okay which is all that matters.
