    From what I remember about Rogers is if he can't trust you to be in the right spot at the right time you'll never see the ball, especially on broken plays. If he can't learn routes he's not going to do much. The bigger issue is who is that safety net... with few exceptions during his time with GB they didn't use the TE much. I don't see Conklin as that guy and I haven't seen Ruckert progress to where he should be at this point. How many times can you have 2 RB's on the field, using one (Hall) as they safety net before the league knows it especially with Hackett calling the plays.

    I'm not basing my opinion on statements made by Jets brass. I'm basing my opinion on information from other Jet observers who have a lot more knowledge than me.

    It's a valid point regarding TEs, but we've heard a lot the last two training camps about how good of a connection Rodgers has with Conklin.
