You know, I was just thinking that we haven't seen too much of Blitzkreig around here since The "Super Bowl picked by many" Dolphins kind of stink this year.
I'd rather face Culpepper because he seems to have a complete lack of chemistry in that offense. Harrington will add a spark. They are all already much more confident over at fagheaven. I think we beat either one,but culpepper imo would be a guaranteed victory.
Of all the teams that have played 5 games, the Dolphins have the 2nd best D in the league, overall 5th best D in the league according to NFL.com. Meanwhile, your D of all the teams with 5 games played is ranked 15th and ranked 29th overall. Miami's O is ranked 23 in the league and the Jets are 19th, it's not like your team is anything special. You Jet fans are trashing the Dolphin QB's, but where was your boy yesterday when you lost by 40?? Chad Pennington: 10/17- 71 yards. 3 int's in his 5th game. Joey Harrington: 26/41-232 yards 2 int's in his 1st game.
Since when did the NFL switch to a 1 game season. Thats how shitty your team is,you're gonna base it all on yesterday. Why don't you go back to our 1st 4 games vs yours and then sit back and get ready for your ass kicking.
It is guys like you that probably think that the "Sack Exchange" was for a couple of guys that wanted to surgically trade scrotums.
Who really cares, they both stink. We'll see how the Mangini Jets handle their first bit aof adversity but I'm thinking it should get ugly for whoever the Dolphins QB is. Coming off yesterday, I think the Dolphins are walking into a tough spot this coming Sunday. If I had to choose though it would be Harrington, at least with Culpepper there is the potential that he could rediscover his game(not likely) with Harrington, there is no potential.
I'm so glad they didn't sign Brees. I've been a Brees fan since he was at Purdue and would have hated to see him on the Fins.
I think id rather see culpper,he has been throwing the ball for a coulple of games and still doesnt seem at ease with all the first team practise work he gets in.Harrington is more mobile and could probally pull on out his a@$.
Harrington because Culpepper has the deep ball and I don't like the idea of putting Miller or an LB deep downfield againt Chambers, Booker, McMichael, or even Welker.
After I just saw what happened to the Yankees after praying for them to face the Tigers in the first round, I'm not picking anyone.
As long as we don't have the same officiating crew that reffed the last game we might actually have a chance, otherwise they become the Dolphins 12th, 13th, 14th , and 15th man on the field.
I don't think it matters but most people know how I feel about daunte so it's safe to say i'd rather see Daunte. Either way we should be fine.
Here is official news: Dolphins | Harrington to start Week 6 Mon, 9 Oct 2006 12:15:29 -0700 ESPNews reports the Miami Dolphins will start QB Joey Harrington in Week 6. Harrington has played the Jets before in a 31-14 loss. PASSING ATTCMPYDSSK/YD TD LG IN RT J.Harrington 30 15 171 0/0 2 43 1 75.8 Sure, that means nothing, but still.
Go back over the last five games and show me when we looked as bad as the Jets did yesterday. Again so far this year, Miami's D is one of top D's in the league, we arent losing games by much.
That is a far cry from all the bravado you spoke in the offseason. If I remember correctly you spoke alot of smack about the Dolphins winning this division. How does the division look from the bottom?
