Thing is, we're in serious need of a center. Its not like we can draft a guy to sit behind Mawae for a couple of years. We need an impact guy right now. Center is the anchor of the Oline. You have a crappy center and you have a crappy oline.
mangold has a better chance at getting by the indy, pitt, seattle, houston, and new orleans (indy, seattle, and houston would not take a center, pitt likely won't either...same for NO who really need defensive help, especially at LB and in the secondary) then manny lawson, who would draw interest from probably every one of those teams (while undersized, the colts use mathis, who likely is gone after this RFA season is up...pitt runs the 3-4 and porter isnt getting younger...houstons defense is up in the air...basically lawson could go to almost anyone of those teams, mangold wont) this pick also will heavily depend on what we do earlier, we wont likely take say..mcneil if we get brick earlier, so look for lawson if hes there
if williams is there at 29 i will frwak out and we better pick him, but it aint gunna happen, nick mangold was my pick, good replacement for mawea
Laurence Maroney | RB | Minnesota if there i wouldnt pass on him... Deangelo wont be there soo ill say lawson in 2nd place
Well I can see we are all on the same page, just jokes, but many people are on the Mangold train, I would take him if McNeill is gone, I would also like Gilles at 29
