He's another Kerley type of player, and there's nothing wrong with that.

He's got the potential to be another solid slot option for Geno to throw to.

I literally did not realize Salas was on the team until I heard his name called in the game. I barely ever heard of him before, and forgot what team he was on.

It really is amazing how the Jets have gotten contributions out of scrubs this year. Just shows the difference good coaching (and somewhat competent QB'ing) can make, since we had the same type of scrubs last year and couldn't produce crap.

Salas was pretty good with Philly in the preseason. Guy had a good debut for us today. IF Kerley can't go after the bye or godforbid is out the season, and since Hill blows, i'd like to see Salas more often. Sudfeld was drafted by the Pats and was cut. He's a big dude, and it was good to see his hands aren't as stony as everyone thought. He also had a solid game.

Jets probably got a good look at Salas in the preseason game and kept him in mind with an already thin receiving corps.

    Sudfeld can move.

We signed him off the Eagles' practice squad. He was never cut.

I watched Greg Salas play his college ball here in Hawai‘i. He was always fairly sure handed and could run good routes. He's not the fastest guy but with his size is able to get off the line in press coverage. He can have success if he's able to stay healthy.

    He stunk as a Ram.

He tore it up for the Eagles in preseason and the Eagles fans wanted to keep him on the main team or even promote him a few weeks in, especially with no Maclin. It was a good enough signing.
