Grossman seems similar to Chad in that there is an enormous variance in his good games where he looks like a world beater and his bad games where he looks like he doesn't belong in the NFL. Seems to me that Grossman's highs are a bit higher then Chad and his lows are a bit lower. I can go either way on this one.

I give Roethlisberger a pass based on his generally excellent play his first 2 years in the league as well as his play on the way to the Super Bowl last year, where he did carry the team in my opinion. Cowher screwed the pooch bringing him back from his injuries too quickly and it cost them a playoff spot this year.[/QUOTE]

Too many flat out awful games this year for Chadf to be up there with the elites. Very good or very bad and i mean very bad. They will never get to the show with him at the helm. But he is their best option right now, and he has done a pretty good job this season. Having said that, I want the jets to win a super bowl. Therefore, logically, I want to see him gone at some point.

Okay, I'll give you 2002 with Feeley then. But they do not always play well without McNabb. Just look at the 2005 season.

I think Roethlisberger is overated. If he has to throw more than 20 time, steeler lose. If Chad had their running game last year, with his play action he would have been better than big Ben.

i hate it when those overrated QBs put their team in a position to win the super bowl!!!!

the refs won the bowl for pitt imo, but big ben is a heck of a QB.
