Why does the salary cap even mean anything to you? It's not like the Bills ever come close to using it.

You beat the Raiders at home by 1 point as time ran out. You think you're a legit team? That's hilarious.

Wow, your not smart huh? You cant say "yes you beat the cards but......" There is no but, we beat the cards head to head. Yes Warner coughed the ball up a lot but he didnt just drop the damn ball! OUR DEFENSE CAUSED THE FUMBLES! Something obviously that your inept defense could not do.

And I guess your team wasnt completely healthy during the Cards game, boo fucking hoo! Well then they are weak Pansy's who should stay healthly. You cant use that as an excuse, every team has injuries, shit we might have won the SD game if Jenkins didnt go down but we will never know and it doesnt matter. Go back to whatever depression ridden town in Buffalo you came from and worry about your own team (who needs it right now).

    Sabres Suck too!

Don't worry, he has some ready-made excuses for that game.

It's a shame for Bills fans that this is there only representative on here. At least there are intelligent fans to offset guys like Grogan, RaiderJeaux and R&R Express.

As far as we know, this guy is the cream of the crop when it comes to Jills fans.

Typical Bills fan. Keeps making excuses while trying to put down the Jets for the wrong reasons. Terrible. :bills_suck:

Why don't you cry a little more? Just cause you're team can't step up when your players get injured. Sorry but that's part of the game and it sure as hell doesn't guarantee a damn thing anyway. Hell the Browns whooped the ass of the healthy Giants. I really do hope hope your team is healthy when the Jets play the Jills, when the Jets beat them what will be your excuse be then?

how can you blame the cardinals loss on losman?? do u really think edwards would have been able to score more than 40 points to win the game? i think your defense needs to learn how to stop somebody from getting in the endzone

Bills fan get an unwarranted rep around the country from the National media. Most people think they are good fans. Having lived in Buffalo for an unfortunate 4 years and having gone to Jets @ Bills games for 18 years, I can attest that they are some of the scummiest people to ever walk the earth. They are also the 1st to jump off the bandwagon when there team stinks. I really hope they move to Toronto just to see the look on those scumbags faces. The degenerates ruined it for the few "true" Bills fans which make up some of my closest friends.

First of all friendly bills fan, the Cardinals did nothing on offense in the first half of the Jet game. They had ONE drive where they moved into field goal range only to have Fitzgerald fumble. Other than that, they couldn't move the ball at all in the first half. The Jets pass rush was ferocious in that first half and it was the reason for ALL BUT ONE of those Arizona turnovers. (Keep in mind that that Jets lead 34-0 at halftime) To deny this is to do great damage to the cherished principles of logic.

Secondly, the jets didn't "barely beat the Carp and Fitzpatrick led bengals". They dominated the line of scrimmage on both sides of the ball, they held the bengals to 20 rushing yards on 15 carries (that's simply tremendous), they sacked Fitzpatrick 5 times, they gave up only 7 points on defense, they dominated the time of possesion and held the ball for over 35 minutes, they doiminated on Special teams - including holding a tremendous edge in the return game (LEON) and average starting field position, and despite two bad interceptions near the goal line (While going in for scores), they still managed to put 26 points up on the board. (Without the strip sack on Favre on the first 3rd down of the game, the Jets win 26-7 and people call it a "blowout" - Not to mention the fact that the Jets defense really only should have given up 3 points for the game because the Bengals single touchdown was set up by an incomplete pass being called complete for a crucial thrid down conversion that, if called correctly, would have resulted in the Bengals settling for a field goal attempt - then the score would have been 26-10.

Thirdly, I personally think that with Brady's injury, the two games between the Jets and Bills will determine the AFC East champion in 2008. I hope you guys are healthy for the game in three weeks because it will be a highly competitive game. If you want my honest opinion, I think your offense will have a lot of trouble scoring on our defense. Everything you guys do is based on your ability to run the football, and to put it rather frankly, as long as Jenkins is healthy, our run defense is dominant. I think that we will shut down your running game early and your play action passing game will suffer greatly. Without being able to run to set up the pass, I think your passing game is rather pedestrian and you guys will have a really tough time sustaining drives agaisnt us.

I completely agree. I took my girlfriend to the Jet-Bills game in 06 at Ralph-Wilson Stadium and there were drunk bills fans who were screaming racial slurs at my girlfriend (we are an interracial couple) and I was furious and it ruined the day for us. The fans were foul-mouthed and nasty people. And virtually all of them in our section were drunk beyond belief. I realize that most fans in any give stadium are just good people trying to enjoy the game and that, generally speaking, a small minority of trouble makers tend to stand out. However, I found Ralph Wilson stadium to be filled with degenerate low-lives and I lost a lot of respect for the Bills fan base that day.

    Who fuckin cares?

Why don't we finish '08-'09 first?

And the Jets >> Bills. I'd take our team over theirs anyday, even if I wasn't a Jets fan.

    Well, let's have a look:

    Code:
    1st Quarter
    13:15 5:35 ARZ 21 12 50 Fumble
    06:32 1:30 NYJ 16 4 -3 Downs

    2nd Quarter
    14:44 1:19 ARZ 24 3 2 Interception
    13:25 3:41 ARZ 27 6 26 Punt
    07:17 0:17 ARZ 24 1 0 Interception
    03:32 1:32 ARZ 26 3 14 Fumble
    00:10 0:08 ARZ 20 1 -8 Fumble
So in summary they had three out of seven drives in the first half in which they gained more than 10 yards and two in which they had negative yards. One for zero yards. Not exactly "moving the ball up and down" on us.

i have to agree with you guys on the bills fans. i live near buffalo so i have been to plenty games almost all my friends are bills fans. they always find excuses when something happens to their team. they also think that going to 4 super bowls in a row and losing all of them is something to be proud of... personally, i would rather go to 1 and win it then be 0-4 in them

"When Favre hangs it up? I doubt he plays past the 2009 season and then after that who do you guys have? If the Jets dont make it to the Super Bowl this season or next season then the Favre trade was a waste of a pick IMO. Go ahead and bash the Bills fan, but this is a serious question for you guys."

I like Ratliff a lot, he will be one of the more athletic QBs in the league, big, mobile and strong arm. When he was on the practice squad last year he played WR on the scout team, doubt many QBs could do that. I think the reason Ratliff went undrafted is because he played the same spread offense at the same school as infamous bust Alex Smith. Kellen Clemons is not as athletic as Ratliff and seems to be getting worse, but I think with better coaching he could be a solid player. Brian Daboll, our QB coach, never played the position, he's the Boss's Pet on the staff. Schottenhiemer isn't going to jump up and start teaching people shit. With some good coaching KC, Ratliff and Ainge could all be good QBs in this league and Ratliff looks he can succeed even with this current staff. So I like our chances, and I think Favre will play one more year anyway.

I actually think the thread was started with asking a very good question. I hate how we bash any other fan that posts here that questions our team.. We do the exact same thing all day long!!!

    To answer his first post:

I feel that Farve will finish through 09, like you mentioned. I laso fell we have an excellent QB in Brett Ratliff. You may not have heard of him, but he has had an excellent training camp and preseason. He has proven to bean acuurate powerful thrower regardless of playing with first string or third string.

Kellen will not be here after the season. With Farve on our roster, we have an opportunity to draft someone who has raw power, that can be refined under the leadership that Brett provides. If not, I am VERY happy to have Ratliff be our starter in the future.

NOW, the Bills on the other hand, I feel are very uncertain at QB. Is it Losman? Is it Edwards? Neither appears to be your long term answer either, regardless of your current record. Do you feel the Bills are going to aweep the Jets?

LOL Pacman Jones will likely be shipped off to the CFL. Buffalo fans are so stupid they think that playing home games in canada will enable then to add Jones to their roster.

That's kinda low. If you were a player, could you honestly say you'd rather play in Buffalo than Toronto?

I know we would like to all get a good shot at the Bills fan but we have not beaten the Bills at home in a few years. Actually, I dread going to the game when the Bills are in town. I hope we change that this year so I can shut myself up.

Mr. Bills fan, injuries are part of the game of football. Let it go.
