I used to like you when you didn't over-think your fictional internet character and probably didn't know a hell of a lot about the Raiders, so you just stuck to posting a bunch of combine numbers and box score stats.

You're over-thinking your troll character, you need to simplify it, and people will appreciate it like the old days, Don Quixote.

i'm relatively new here, so i'll go ahead and feed the trolls.
do you think the Jets will have a higher draft pick than the Raiders next year? in that, to be clear here, you think the Jets will have a worse record than the Raiders? can you answer me that, please?

Again, this thread is about the AFC West and the Raiders. Is that so hard to comprehend?

You know the Raiders are going to lose 10+ games again, so you keep trying to derail the thread with nonsense about how the Jets are bad.

I didn't say a single thing about the Jets, yet your entire reply is about the Jets.

Next, you're going to start talking about terrorism to avoid having to discuss the Raiders.

Oh wait, you already did that. Nevermind, then.

No, you should be concerned with your own inept Organization before you worry about a team that as has been has sucessful as the Raiders. Yea we can look at recent past(last six years) but that small time frame is not enough to judge a franchise. Every team going to have their good years and there years they rather forget. Your still waiting as an Organization, for the good years. Next time you go to the Hall of Fame, count how mnay Jets are there, and how many Raiders are in there.

Well if the Jets hold on to their number 1 Pick they will be drafting higher than the Raiders.(have worse record than the raiders). Jets could possible get off to a very bad start 0-5. 1-4? 2-5?

Without a doubt. Let look at the facts. 1. Starting a rookie QB with one year of starting experience in College 2.a offense really lacking playmakers on offense 3. Below average pass blocking Oline. 4 A defense people expectations are unrtealistic- they look to have the same problems on defense they had last year(no pass rush and suspect secondary) 5. A Clown for a headcoach who doing alot of talking, his team might not be able to back up. 6 Jets are not playing a cup cake schedule this year- that means they will be drafting early again.

BTW last point . Alot of Jet fans are happy what they seen from Sanchez the last two weeks. Well its a totally diffrent what a Qb will see from a defense in the regular season. Ask Ryan Leaf who had way better preseason than Peyton manning, against real basic defenses. Only to be exposed when defense got complicated.

One hell of an Organization you got there.

    http://sports.yahoo.com/nfl/news?slug=ms-ownerrankingspartone09020&prov=yhoo&type=lgns

Not only is Davis doing a lousy job of presiding over his franchise, but his money-management skills are failing as well. After quietly selling 20 percent of the team to a trio of hedge-fund managers in the fall of ?07, Davis received a much-needed cash infusion of approximately $150 million ? and proceeded to spend it on some of the most dubious acquisitions (Javon Walker(notes), DeAngelo Hall(notes)) of the decade. Think hard: Since the Raiders were blown out in Super Bowl XXXVII by the Bucs (and then-coach Jon Gruden, whom Davis dealt to Tampa Bay after failing to offer him a market-value contract extension), has he or Matt Millen been worse at running a team? It?s a tough call, and that?s scary. Now, sources say, Davis once again has cash-flow issues. In a July interview with team play-by-play announcer Greg Papa of Comcast SportsNet Bay Area, Davis said he was scaling back on grandiose birthday-party plans because he didn?t want to flaunt his good fortune in a bad economy. ?What a joke that was,? says another owner. ?He has no money ? he?s trying to sell another 10 percent of his team to raise working capital. That?s what that was about.?

This poll is a little more interesting following Merriquila-Gate.

Seriously, I can't remember a more fucked up division than the 2009 AFC West. It was really funny reading Jeaux's thread in the Merriman thread: this year is quite frankly the best chance the Raiders will have at the division title until Al Davis dies/admits he's dead.

    Jeaux,

Other teams lose because they have incompetent management, bad coaches, they draft badly, etc..

But you guys lose because you're dysfunctional. Coaches fighting each other, Al Davis calling down plays during a game, firing coaches on a yearly basis, future HOFers like Moss quitting because you guys stink so bad, hell and now Seymour doesn't even want to go to the raidjokers.

You get clowned on because your organization is run by clowns. Currently, you guys are probably the worst franchise in the league. I have yet to hear anyone say you are the worst franchise ever. I'd like a link to something besides a Bronco or KC blog site to suggest otherwise.

I can guarantee as soon as Al Davis is dead, you COULD be a force in this league. But as long as that old man is living, expect more 3 win seasons unless you get REAL lucky with a coach....and honestly, who wants to coach under Al Davis anymore?

Can't believe I voted for the Broncos. Not because the Broncos look strong, but because the Raiders just look epic. Once in a lifetime bad. There's an NFL team right now that won one game in the last 21, but they're not enough close to being on the same level of fail as the Oakland Raiders. That's saying something.
