the guy is the author of his own downfall.

He thinks i'm making fun of him....when in fact...i'm just asking whether or not he's found any leadership on this team yet.

if he's gonna start a thread like this..he should back it up with some facts...instead of making "baseless assumptions".

Listen, experience doesn't equate to leadership, and again, 99% of people recognize that.

Can they be related? Yeah, they can!

Is experience necessary for being a good leader? No.

Do you think in Atlanta, Matt Ryan is a leader on that team? I'd say so. I bet there are more than a few vets that look to him for leadership.

And get this, on our team, Gholston isn't a leader.

See that? Two rookies, one is a leader, one isn't! Favrenstein, life isn't as black and white as you want it to be. You racist.

This is why you should stay in school kids. Good luck in life bro. I've seen your posts, and you really like insulting people. I'd say before you call others dumb, you reevaluate your own intelligence. I'm guessing a guy like you isn't building rockets for a living

    Keep living the dream Einstein

    [edit]

And you couldn't walk into the locker room and be a leader, since you're an idiot ;) It's why your wife divorced you man.

Matt Ryan was a starting QB at Boston College...guess he didn't get any "leadership" experience leading his team in college...nice comparison, very effective

You don't say!..Really?? wow...the light bulb shines pretty bright above your head.

even your insults are inaccurate...i don't know where you get calling me a racist...but then again, you're a fucking moron...so nothing you spew out surprises me now...i just file all of it under "moronic drivel"...

I'm flattered you researched my posts...maybe i can sign one for you.

Based on what i've read in your posts...i would assume "sandwich artist" at subway is your big career goal in life.

Boy...you got me there, man. Especially since i've gained too much experience in my 31 years...i don't qualify for leadership in your world....I'll take your advice and pack it in.

My wife divorced me...wow....dude...you fuckin' got me again...i guess it was my lack of "leadership".

the Matt Ryan example was fucking retarded.

why in gods name is this thread 7 pages long???

why do 4 people believe there is no leadership because they personally haven't seen that glaring example through their TV Screens??

I have no faith in human kind....

Yeah, and he has like, 14 less years experience than some of his teammates. Isn't that significant?

    Can you talk without swearing?

Ummm... I read this thread. That's all the research I needed.

    Actually, it is.

Man, 31 years old and this is how you act in life?:rofl::rofl::rofl: It's embarrassing. You can barely form a sentence, you can't express yourself without swearing, you have no observational skills or discussion skills, and you seem as smart as a tack.

LOL, you are a prime example of how experience doesn't equate to leadership. You've got 31 years of it, and it seems like you haven't learned a thing! Why would anyone listen to you?

If you wanted to argue a point that was slightly harder to refuse, maybe you would say that performance equates to leadership. Being a 31 year old lowlife qualifies you for nothing, but if you were a 31 year old with a nice car, nice house, and a good job (remember, this is hypothetical), you would be able to exert influence on someone.

Nothing wrong with the Matt Ryan example.

Einstein claims that experience = leadership; With 1 year in the league as opposed to his teamates (I'm sure some have more than 10), he is the leader. Doesn't that absolve the notion that experience = leadership? Or did you fail math, and have trouble with parameters.

And I think the Jets have leadership. It's just inadequate. If it was adequate, they would have found ways to win games against San Francisco and Oakland.

The reason this thread is still going, is it's fueled by the ignorance of posters like yourself.

And I totally agree. I have no faith left in human kind either.

Ah, I see, we lost the San Francisco and Denver games because you didn't see leadership on TV. It all makes sense now. Thank you for removing the scales from my eyes.

Yes i can...but...how does swearing make me a racist again?

did 99% of all people concur with your research? :rofl2:

    The defense rests, your honor.

Let's see what we got here...."barely form a sentence" - inaccurate...."swearing" - you got me there, gold star for you...."no observational skills or discussion skills" - forgive me for not buying into your stupid, inaccurate "leadership" theories, most of us on this board actually put thought into our posts....."you seem as smart as a tack" -this coming from a Subway sandwich artist.....wow, dude, you've really outdone yourself in this post....you'll make "assistant manager" in no time with the gumption you're showing here today.

You do realize that with the life experience you gain over time and with the increase in responsibilities you will have during your life...you will develop skills that could spawn leadership qualities......they didn't teach you this at Subway? Make a couple more Cold Cut combos...you'll get there, buddy.

1 year in the NFL, combined with the others in Boston College. So thats a minimum of 3.
I wouldn't say he is the sole leader of that team yet. Keith Brooking and Milloy are still there.

Did you happen to see Favre take the offense from their own 9 to FG range for Feely in Oakland. SF was a sloppy game by all. How does leadership and sloppy team play fall parallel? I didn't know that if the starting 22 plus the rotational backups and coaches not doing their jobs doesn't equate to a loss. Its the lack of leadership in that one single game that caused them to lose. So there is no leadership on the west coast this year??? Does it go away on the friday they leave for California?? This is nuts.... So the KC 4th qtr comeback had no leadership it was lucky? The Pats OT win didn't have leadership - it was a coin toss that the leader. Kerry Rhodes' guessing leadership won the game.

Poll this site on my ignorance, they aren't going to make you happy. Its the fucking interwebz, so who cares.

I agree. The focus of this thread is gone.

We didn't lose for those reasons obviously. It is way to complicated to be able to pinpoint where we lost.

My only point was we lack a true leader, and that Favre is not consistent enough to fill that role.
