this only happens to threads that are not thought out, profound or intelligent.

read the news articles, the chemistry and leadership are at its highest in Jet history.

Favre, Faneca, Richardson, T.Jones, and Jenkins to name a few.

Yeah...we have no leadership on this team

because you haven't heard anyone in the news or on the Jets say "yeah, its 'his' team" you are confused about the leadership inside the locker room.

this team is more together than the days that Pete Kendall was on this team, and I guarantee you the Jets would agree with me.

Its okay, they have a leader, just because it hasn't been publically announced it doesn't mean its not real.

And if its Favre, thats the last thing you want to hear.

I am not talking about the locker room or in the media. I am talking about during the game. You say its favre, well fine. I dont seeing him inspiring anyone to step up their game when its needed.

Explain to us all what it looks like when a player is inspiring his teammates on the field.

I think he's looking for Brett Favre to ass-slap Cotch a couple more times in the huddle. Maybe Favre pointing to a couple of spots downfield for Coles and yelling at him like he was a child, followed by a middle finger to Thomas Jones in the backfield. But those are just my guesses.

What Favre needs to do is call and reply to some really good team inspiring music like...We Are The Champions...or Footloose

Start yelling shit like "in a van down by the river"

    The aviator cracks me up.

If you tried to make up a poster like ouchy, you would fail.
