RBs score more. also most leagues have 12 teams. you only need 1 QB. there are 32 starting in the NFL. the difference between the top Qb and the 12th isn't a lot with RBs most split time. very few everydown backs. you start at least 2 of them or 24. the difference between the top RB and the 24th ranked one is huge. most people opt to start a RB in the flex as well. to put it in perspective in my league top QB precott 41.94 PPG 6th best Murray 33.73 PPG 12th best Tannehill 29.62 PPG the difference in the best to average is 8.21 PPG difference from best to worst 12.32 PPG difference from average to worst 4.11 for RBs top c-mac 35.05 average (12th) jacobs 20.24 worst (24th) Gordon 16.94 difference from best to average 14.81 best to worst 18.11 average to worst 3.3 in other words a top QB to the worst QB will net you 12.32 PPG but the difference between a top RB to worst is 18.11 difference from best QB to average QB is 8.21PPG but best RB to average RB 14.81 in other words a top RB and an average QB 68.78 a top QB and average RB is 62.18. it's a 6 point advantage to go RB over QB
