Delhomme, IMO, is overrated. He is a one-trick pony. But as far as one trick ponies go he's the best. Two years in a row his target has been #1 in recieving yards, that has to mean something.

Not to mention also getting farther then many- playing in a Super Bowl.

Vick- I actually believe is really under rated. Screw convetionalism. This kid wims. You don't guide Vick, you release him. And when that happens your team has a good chance of winning. Imagine if he actually had a set of Wide Out over there.

Favre is hated on becuase he's struggled, yet he has still put up crazy yards. And you stat-lovers have to respect that. More impressive is that he has LITERALLY done it all single handedly. He has NO ONE on that team to help him out. And yet he is still as strong of a heart as you can get. They are never fully out of it with Favre in there. You will honestly tell me that if you had one drive, one 2-minute drive, in the Superbowl, for the win, you would put Chad in there over Brett. Bullshit.

I would say clearly you have Peyton, Carson, Brady and McNabb. After that you have to give Hasselbeck the nod, Big Ben because he won a super bowl, then I would say it's a toss up between Chad and Brees. So my answer would be 7 to 8 range.

    Pennington vs. Bulger

Both Chad and Mark Bulger from the Rams have come back with a VENGEANCE. Who is having the better year? Who, when healthy, is the better QB? Thoughts?

It's always a tough call being that Chad has never strung together the games. Again, as mentioned by many, once you get past Peyton, Brady, McNabb, etc..., it's such a fine line. Really depends who's got the hot hand. Doesn't hurt Bulger that Stephen Jackson is having a nice season too boot...

I could argue that Pennington is better than both Tom Brady and Palmer this year. I said 44-6

Right now Palmer isn't even close to healthy and he is by far the best Player on the Bengals.

i would put peyton manning, tom brady, carson palmer, mcnabb, and maybe hasselbeck ahead of chad, but thats about it

i think chad and hasselbeck, though different qbs, are about on par

I'd have to go, based mainly on current play, but factoring in recent history and value to their team:

    1) Peyton Manning
    2) Tom Brady
    3) Carson Palmer
    4) Donovan McNabb
    5) Drew Brees
    6) Matt Hasslebeck
    7) Chad Pennington
    8) Jake Delhomme
    9) Ben Roethlisberger
    10) Rex Grossman

IMO the clear elite level are (in no particular order) Brady, Peyton, Palmer and McNabb. IMO Chad is in that 2nd tier with Hasselbeck, Brees, Trent Green, Bulger and Dellhomme

I'd have to agree with this list.

I can't believe how much disrespect so many of you have for a QB hows much older and proven then the lot of these.

Trent Green has thrown for over 4000 yards in the last 3 seasons. He has a QB rating of over 90.0 in the last three seasons. And has made KC the #1 offense last 2 years- (they were #2 three years ago) -in a league with Indy and Cincy and STL getting all teh offensive attetion. This guy rarely even recieves a nod in his general direction.

I can't name 2 QBs that have been more impressive then him in the last 3 years.

I don't get the love for Hasselbeck. We went head-to-head with Seattle in 2004 and Chad with one arm kicked his ass.

Thats not the same hasslebeck that beat the redskins in the playoffs basically single handedly after alexander went out.
