Yea I really enjoyed the one out of the blue from the spanish reporter "how does if feel to represent Mexico in the NFL?" Uh, good question after a huge game?
I think it's business time for him, I actually appreciated his demeanor. He knows there is still work to be done and wants to get it done. That was my take on it at least.
My sister in law works for continental and she is often on their flights for away games. She has told me that sanchez is very isolated on the flights. The way she described it almost sounded like he is kind of depressed. She said he doesn't do autographs anymore and it seems that he may not want to be in NY.
I think you are correct Jake. Problem is that he is still a kid..and emotional one at that...so everytime he tries to reinvent himself, he over does it 10 fold. Its fine. He will get it. You dont want your qb being a friggin roller coaster but you do not want him to be dead...which he sounded like. I think it tells us nothing about the way he approaches the game or how he plays. Its more or less how he should act win or lose..after the game. Wouldnt take it too seriously.
forget about my above post...after reading this I would take him to the back of the practice facility....and shoot him.
Sadly, yes. Perhaps a blindfold might be added...but after that stewardess from Continentals analysis, right in the back of the head. Then you draft a qb with the first round pick and we all just find a way to move on. Im sure the bought a puppy too.
Based on witness testimony (the stewardess) and the fact that another member is gathering evidence from his aquaintance (Matt Cavanaugh) I have no further choice to move forward and approve this sentence. Mr. Sanchez, you probably knew this was coming anyway with your courtroom demeanor, it is very telling. "Yes sir....." Sanchez' voiced trailed off as he continued to slip away into almost a dream state, a sad dream at that. Office jawayne....lead this man away to his fate. In the background, the stewardess swooned and fell, realizing what her testimony had just done. "Not like this...not like this" she cried. Fade to black.
LOL...even I feel like crap after reading that. Hey..cheer up...I buried him right next to the game ball from the Pats debacle.
Or it could be this: http://sports.espn.go.com/new-york/nfl/news/story?id=5940175 Ryan: Mark Sanchez's shoulder sore "FLORHAM PARK, N.J. -- Mark Sanchez went into Pittsburgh with a bruised ego. He came out with a sore shoulder. The New York Jets' quarterback landed on his throwing shoulder on a first-quarter scramble in Sunday's 22-17 victory over the Steelers, and he went for an MRI exam Monday. The results were negative, according to head coach Rex Ryan, who downplayed the injury and said Sanchez will start Sunday at the Chicago Bears."
Well my cousins sisters best-friend just happens to work for Verizon wireless. She works in the customer service department and a customer named Mark Sanchez called up asking for available numbers in Canada. As per their conversation the Jets have traded Mark to the CFL, he had just found out before that press conference so you could imagine he would be feeling down. In return the Jets will get every offensive player on the Rough Riders. ConstipatedRob on twitter confirmed this.
