How about Chad Pennington, I dont understand how any Jet fan would want anything different.. When Healthy for 75 % of a season he has lead us to a 8-4 record, 10-6 and 10-6. A record of 28-16.. I dont care if he has the weakest arm in the NFL, he is a proven winner, winning is what matters in the NFL. Aside from running into an Oakland team that made him look well below average (2002) Chad has played some very solid games in the postseason, lets put a running game together and give chad some support before we sit back and ask petty questions like this...

Dude, that's not a spelling error. Phonics. Phoenix. They are totally different words. I don't think you can safely navigate the Hooked On Phonics Insult without hurting yourself, you better steer for safer waters, kimosabe.

I was already having confidence in Chad, but you just worded all that so perfectly, I now find myself all the more confident :)

Technically he led us to 8-4, 8-5, 10-6 when healthy for 75% or more of a season.

No need to go outside of the organization.....bring back Joe Willie and prop him up!! I have to admit though he might be slightly less mobile than Chad!!

No that is a spelling error; I would have typed in phonix which would have been wrong .But I typed in phoenix. Don’t tell me the E's clear across the key board how did that happen, it did. This isn’t a message board forum its a free for all for Idiot's that aren’t really interested in discussing possibilities or using any creativity at all in discussing our NY Jets. The question involved either offends someone or are taken as literal statements.

I read the title, noting some of the worst spelling errors, thinking maybe it was a typo. And yet I read the first post...and it is intentional!

SO....we spell it as one word......quarterback.

And you might as well change eccept to accept.

I'd like to see CHAD finally beat top teams with consistency. For all his smarts, why does he throw so many picks? IMO I want the JETS to win a SB and I do not care who our QB is. I do not think CHAD will ever win a SB of AFC CHAMPIONSHIP. Teams in the playoffs usually have tough defenses and they seem to stymie CHAD into picks and poor throws. REALITY is he is a guy who REQUIRES stars surrounding him to cover for his deficiencies. Other teams know this and force the JETS to beat them with his arm. He has a tough time doing that against top teams!

    First off, "eccept"?

Secondly, I think we're pretty content in seeing Kellen Clemens turn into the next Browning Nagle...

I guess you like wasted draft picks.

I'm not content to see Clemens be a bust.
