Haha, that's usually the reaction I get when I ask about Therion. They are an acquired taste, I guess. Nightwish is alright, there's something about them I makes them a hard listen for me though. Maybe not enough versatility. Same with Lacuna Coil. They both bore me to death.

I just got it today and I must admit I wasn't expecting anything spectacular, but I really like this album. It kinda sounds like old In Flames and Jon doesn't seem to shy away from solos either. It doesn't have that "cold" feel to the music like Storm had, but thers plenty of agression and the songs flow well. Altogether I'm pretty satisfied.

  9. So basically they decided to go melodic:sad:

Although that's not one of my favorites, Jimmy Eat World is probably my favorite band. Their album Clarity was just perfection.

Oh, I actually find that somewhat surprising. I guess some of their music is pretty heavily produced though.
Haha, yeah, downloading is the way to go. I haven't bought a CD since the 8th grade. I do feel kind of bad about it.
Anyways, I'm not sure if you'll like Clarity. It doesn't click with everyone.
