I've been to Starland Ballroom a few times its a pretty nice venue. But I hate how they have that Screen infromt of the stage in between sets

The screen sucks because they always play the same dumb shit on it. Does anyone at an Overkill show really care about old Warped Tour videos? But it's stuff that the locals are into (unfortunately).

Anywho, Starland is a pretty nice place for a show.

That's a pretty cool place to see a show. I've seen a few shows there and I'll be there for Children of Bodom in a couple weeks.

Starland Ballroom pretty much took over all the shows that used to be at Birchhill. Birchhill used to be my favorite place to go to a concert becaues you could smoke all the weed you wanted outside and drink underage really easy inside. That's probably why the town shut them down. Oh well.

Now I'm still listening to The Abyss - Tjanare af Besten.

Starland is a great venue. They're very, very strict in there, but it's a sweet place to see a show.

I love Starland, I've only been there once, but it was awesome. I saw Sum 41/Unwritten Law/and Static Lullaby there last year. It was so much fun. We were standing by one of those bars on the side on the floor, right by the speakers, needless to say, we were deaf for the next few days. We were buying tons of water from the bartender with huge tatas and when we were almost done, loosely cap it and throw it into the pits and watch em' go crazy.

Best part though: crowdsurfers falling. Happens alot at Starland. moreso then anywhere I've been.

Hah, yeah. I went to the 311/Papa Roach/Unwritten Law concert. I'm a huge 311 fan, and the concert was amazing. It was a great day outside, too.

I still prefer places like the Stone Pony and Convention Hall. Smaller venues where you're right next to the band. Stone Pony is amazing.

I went to the convention hall once, it was good because I had a sprained ankle, but didn't want to miss the concert, and they had seats, so I had to sit that one out.

Stone Pony is tiny, I haven't been to a show there yet though.

I'm going to the Bamboozle in May. That should be sick.

I don't really like KMK. I was at the concert to see Pepper, who played before them. Pepper is one of my favorite bands. Most of my friends left after Pepper played. I stayed for a little KMK. I knew a few songs, but not enough to make it fun.

yeah..you kinda have to be an ICP/Twiztid/KMK fan in order to really have fun at a show like that.... I don't really like rap so if I were at a concert I'd probably be bored also

Heh, you got me listening to KMK again. Tangerine Sky, Smokin Like a Blunt, and Positive Vibes used to be some good songs.
