Why was this thread from over 4 months ago even bumped up to begin with? Why? Just so someone could quote @NCJetsfan in order to tell him "just how wrong he really was"? Despite neither QB (Darnold/Rosen) even playing within a real NFL game yet? Yea. Right. O.k (pretty weird). It's just a cowardly act to bump up a thread when... A.) The same person who bumped the thread (actually) goes out of his way to hide his profile postings as "private" in order to hide his own wrong forum predictions from others... and B.) The same person who bumped this thread has not created a Jets/Football related thread (with his own thought process and own ideas) in years (if ever at all). It's just a cowardly act. Or more like ''Bush-League". Especially when you go out of your way to hide your posts from others. But yea nonetheless most Jet fans who talked up the likes of Saquon Barkley (such as myself) and others with Baker Mayfield, Josh Rosen, Josh Allen and some even Chubb/Nelson were 100% unaware that Sam Darnold wouldn't have gone #1 overall ala as being the #1 rated QB prospect since Andew Luck. 99% (if not 100%) of Jet fans (pre-draft) would have told you that 'no'; Sam Darnold would not be on the board by the time the Jets picked 3rd overall. Mostly everyone had him going #1 overall.

Back on May 12th of 2017 (our offseason) I actually created a thread and started it off by saying this... P.S. That thread and post was created back on May of 2017. Why is it that you never went out of your way to CREATE A SAM DARNOLD THREAD during the offseason? Hmm... I wonder why? PS: I never even created my Saquon Barkley thread until the next month, June. Due to thinking we had 0 shot at landing Sam without going 0-16. • So in May I created a thread about wanting Sam Darnold. • And in June I created a thread about wanting Saquon Barkley. ✓ Pretty cool how the only two NCAA college players I personally created threads for were 1.) O.k. I stand corrected. As were you also corrected. It's more than obvious that much of this fan base has wanted Sam Darnold since pretty much day one. It's just pretty rotten to bump a thread 4 months later just to show "just how wrong NCJetsfan really was" despite neither Darnold/Rosen playing a single regular season snap thus far. But yea, do you mind taking your profile off of "private" in order for others to dig into your trash and/or gloat about your own wrong predictions? Na. Didn't think so. I never saw anything official which had the Jets' QB board, but it's interesting they had Rosen 2nd: "The Jets ranked Darnold as the best quarterback prospect in the draft, followed by Josh Rosen, Baker Mayfield and Josh Allen. They were so convinced he'd be off the board that, on his pre-draft visit, they discussed some of the most desirable neighborhoods in suburban Cleveland. He was destined to be drafted by the Browns; they were sure of it. Everything I read say they had Mayfield 2nd and Rosen third. No one really knows, all speculation but thank God it fell the way it did, still cannot believe it.
