This all would be a fine argument if a game was only one drive. But last time I looked a game was four 15 minute quarters. You need more than a QB who is good for just one drive....

Defense won us 4 play off games, not Sanchez.
In 3 out of the 4 wins the defense allowed 16 points or fewer.
in the one other game the defense allowed21 points.
In six playoff games the jets offense scored more than 19 points twice.
In the wildcard win in 2009, Sanchez threw for 182 yards, Greene rushed for 135. The Game turned around on a Revis Pick.
In the Divisional game Sanchez went 12/23 for 100 yards. with a pick and a Td. Greene ran for 128 yards and a TD.
Sanchez nearly blew the game with that pick in the third quarter but they defense took the ball right back.

manning tore the Jets up in the Conference game, though Sanchez had his "best" effort in that game throwing for 257 yards 2 TD and pick...but he couldn't carry the team that had been forced off it's running attack.

2010, Defense beat the Colts in the wild card game. Sanchez threw 18/31 for 189, 0 TD and a Pick. Greene and tomlinson combined for 152 yards rushing and 2 TD's. Defense beat the colts.

Divisional game-16/25 for 194 yards, though he did well getting 3 TD's to no picks against the Pats...this is the only game in all the play off games he actually played well in that we won.

Conference game Again Mark played his best his best in a losing cause, 20/33 2 td's 0 picks....But he did fumble twice.

All in all, in three of the four Jets post season games the best you can say about Sanchez is that he didn't lose the games. In three of the 4 games you could have inserted just about any other ball control QB into the position and the results are the same, or better. Mark may have been the QB, but he didn't win the games, the defense did.

People need to stop comparing Sanchez with other quarterbacks in their first three years. Sanchez is not competing with the those quarterbacks, he is competing with the current quarterbacks. I'll give him one more year, but if things don't turn around then I think it would be a good time to start looking for a replacement.
