Got to man, it sucks having to stream them and not even being able to see who's who on either team. I guess at least we have Tebow to thank because we will probably have more televised games due to him being on the team.
In Pats territory now. Stream the game then have a hookup from my laptop to the tv. I think some cable companies now have apps for laptops (I know Optimum does), maybe these work away from their area?
Sports Bar..... Sunday special $7 pitchers / $2 drafts...... beats paying for the Sunday ticket, and way more fun
Having just moved to Charlotte, I met up with a Charlotte Jets fan group last week, and I plan on going again this week to this preseason game. Debating getting Sunday Ticket for $200 on my XBox, though now that I think about it, being on Twitter/TGG/AIM during Jets games would be crappy if it lagged through my XBox. ESPN3 sometimes does, sometimes doesn't. Chances are, I'm going to go home to the games when I can, hope the Jets are on national TV a bunch, and go to the bar for the other ones where they have the Jets game on loud volume.
I usually just stream the games on firstrow or adthe. Haven't had any real issues using those. Luckily, we only compete with the Carolina Panthers and Redskins down in Raleigh for attention, so I can usually catch some games on TV.
I get all the sport packages on direct tv to keep up with yanks, jets and rangers. I would be lost without it.
