that one dude from the browns or wherever started after a couple weeks and he sucked as well....

so basically, they have no offense...

maybe Moulds or Evans would be ok....but everyone else sucks:rofl2:

Good signing. This indicates to me that the team is more likely not to draft Mangold, and either groom Katnik, or a later round draft choice to be the future center.

It looks like we are plugging holes so we can take the best player available instead of need.

not this past year but the one before it....

he was in the top 5 for passing yards and he did pretty good considering his horrible offense...

I expect him to have about an 85-88 rating this year...should be fine.

he should be fine if he doesn't try to break his sack record from previous seasons.

I think you pass on Mangold and grab Eslinger with the next pick. He would get two years to learn the system and beef up a little bit.

I only take Eslinger if he falls to our comp pick at the end of round 3.

    I think that's a fantastic idea...

however I don't care if we do or don't take a center...

I don't think you take Eslinger in the hopes he will get bigger or better. I think he's as good as he is going to get (basically) now and you only take him if he fits your system as he is.

Personally, I wonder if this means that we won't stick at 29 and instead may trade up. Whatever happens, I'm just very pleased. This gives us a lot of flexibility.
