jackson wont be there. holmes could slide there doubt it though... moss will be there. but even if they do you really want another small reciever ? our entire wr core is small we need a big target like martin nance or maruice stovall or even brandon (Baby TO) Marshall in rd 4 if we go wr. imo

i don't think so, either, but ne uses all 5 of their wr's, so maybe mangini likes one of them a lot

i personally think we are targeting de/olb hybrids kameron wimbley and manny lawson at 29. i pray and i think our fo is praying that one of them falls to us

then again, if deangelo maroney or lendale are there at 29, we may choose to go there

hell, nick mangold could still be a choice, who knows?

I think we'll all be satisfied (atleast the non-whiny ones) with our first few choices...

at 4, with Hawk, Young, Ferguson, or Williams...you can't go wrong

i agree i don't want a wr, but i saw chad jackson play in a couple games and i would not complain a bit if we took him

i'm just trying to see if any of you think it is possible our fo thinks we should take a wr

    personally, i want manny lawson

Yeah i really like jackson from the gators. I seriously doubt he'll fall past 28 teams. Even if he does, i still think thats too high of a pick to use on a WR. I mean, c'mon we got our first 3 slots set.

A good signing no matter what. We need offensive linemen, but how good is this guy?
Where are our Bills fans when we need them?

That's a pretty good point about the NE style of offense. But they never used a 1st round pick in that 5 WR set. Plus, we'll be more like SD's offense (at least that's my guess). I suppose I'm really pulling for Cotchery. I really have had high expectations for him and he started living up to them last year.

So this is our depth chart right now at WR

    Coles
    McCaerins
    Cotchery
    Dwight

    Am I missing anyone?

    TE
    Baker
    Jolley
    Dressen

    No way at 29.

If he is there at 35, then maybe, but not at 29.

I like this move a lot. Makes me think that we are looking to trade up since drafting Mangold is no longer a necessity.

oh, i agree completely about cotchery....the guy looks really sharp everytime it gets thrown his way. i rewally don't see why he hasn't been used more up to this point(herm), but still, maybe mangini doesn't like mccareins or something

This makes me wonder. The bills aren't making that many moves besides their FO. Are they rebuilding, too?

If we come away with Carpenter and McNeill/O'Callaghan with #29 and #35, i will be thrilled.

Demeco Ryans or Carpenter would definitely be a nice pick.

however, i wonder if we really need either of them. with the possibility of Bryan Thomas playing OLB - along with Barton, Hobson, Chatham, Brown, McClover, Kassel, and Vilma - it seems like OLB just doesn't warrant an early pick.

of course, all those aforementioned guys aren't OLB's, and maybe there's a guy who doesn't make it to the roster, but still, i think we'll go another position.

    cheers

    of course...

it appears right now, we're for sure better than they are....

I'd go for Young or Cutler if I were them, but apparently nobody else thinks that....
