Speaking of statues, Joe Flacco IS one and he's on deck possibly without Marshal Yanda. And their offense is predicated on holding onto the ball and throwing downfield. Now that's a QB we should get after.

But one game at a time.

Took vacation tonight to watch this shitfest. Hopefully, Bowles gets food poisoning and Gailey steps in to the HC spot. I just want it to be competitive and no turnovers.

Every Cards fan is hopping Bowles is fired by the Jets so he can become our Defensive coordinator again and eventually replace Arians. Getting ready to head out to the stadium. Green sleeves under my Johnson Jersey. That's David not Johny. Good luck with your new HC. Fitz is a dead man tonight.

Biggs... tough guy ALERT. Quick question? Why are you hyping up the cards like they're a powerhouse, they've done nothing but blow this year

I was overwhelmed with the number of tweets from Jets players this week about Byrd. All zero of them. None of those guys know who Byrd was, what he went through - he means nothing to them.

Is that really going to inspire them?

Also, I would hope the fact that losing would send them to 1-5 and borderline irrelevancy for the remainder of the season would be enough to inspire a room of professional football players

They're a bunch of guys who were treated like gods from the moment they showed they could play football in high school, and have since become millionaires and celebrities playing a game. The last thing I would call them is professional, even though it's their profession.

Some of them have a higher level of character than others, but that probably has more to do with their upbringing than playing football.

What I'm not seeing is leadership on the field, maybe with the exception of Brandon Marshall, who is so aware of the cameras because he has already begun his next career in television and knows he will be accountable to the viewers that he hopes will be watching him for the next 20-30 years.

I've been a lifelong Jets fan. Moved out to the desert 3.5 years ago. Season ticket holder now for 3 years. The cards have lots of talent and a very good HC. Bowles was a great DC and clearly was being groomed to be the next Cards HC. I was glad to see the Jets get him but unfortunately he has a turd of a QB problem and the Jets secondary has been atrocious at a very high price tag.

The Cards are loaded. They have been done in by a combination of terrible special teams and Palmer looking like age has caught up to him. They are also week at center and now have both starting guards out.

They are banking on getting another year or two out of Palmer. Palmer looked like he was done at times last year. He seems to be holding the ball even longer this year. Classic old boxer who can't pull the trigger anymore. That said there's still a ton of talent on the Cardinals and Arians while not BB is one of the top 5 HC in the league. I think he gets it fixed. They have addressed most of the kicking issues and fortified the punt coverage team. I think Arians gets Palmer straigtened out for one more run. DJ is a beast at running back and Fitzgerald still puts on a clinic on how to catch a football in your hands. Brown had a terrible concussion in pre-season and just started looking right last week. The QB is old and shaky but their is still game breaking talent around him. He's still better than Fitz. Chandler Jones is starting to become a factor and Peterson is by far the best CB in this game. If the Cards lose this game I agree they are clearly done. If they win they have the Seahawks at home next week. This game makes that game really important. Unlike the Jets where it's very unlikely they could win the division, the Cards can win their division.

The only thing the Jets have that makes this a game is a push up the middle on Palmer. The Cards have way more talent on both sides of the ball. It's not even close.

I met Ray Mickey's nephew in the AZ Cardinal parking lot on the way to tonight's game. It's a sign that the Jets will win.

I hear you but I just cannot see us covering these guys ,especially David Johnson out of the backfield and the second and 3rd Wr and or Gresham or whatever TE they decide to throw to for the first time this year it could be Juran Brown that does us in,,,hopefully you are right

No offense to you, but I don't give a single solitary shit for Twitter or any of the rest of the social media nonsense.

Jets lose tonight on a special teams gaffe and underwhelming offense all around.

Potentially the most boring MNF game this year.

No point in watching tonight. I refused to watch the Jets until they got rid of Schottenheimer.

I'm now at the point in refusing to watch until we bench Fitz. Jets squeeze one out, 20-17. However, If I'm a betting man the Jets lose by 10.
