    QB.

    You grab one of those elite QBs (Brees, Manning, Rodgers, Brady) you don't need much for regular season success. If you don't grab one of those top tier, you need a little more help and so and so forth farther down the tiers.

    Come playoff time, this Pats team looks much more dangerous than the ones of past because they have a real run game. You need one to keep defense honest and because you play top tier defense in the playoffs who can negatively affect any offense that is QB or bust

    Any time you see somebody citing a conspiracy theory you know they are wrong. Unless it's in Russia. Then they are right.

    Yeah but instead of being a top 2/3 QB he will be a top 5/6 QB.

    And it's too early to judge. He's in his what 5th game since taking a year off? It took Brady half a season and almost a full year to get fully clicking again

    Because they have an elite QB.


    Watching the Patriots play they're like a well oiled machine. Jets defense is in for a long day when we play them in a few weeks.

    It's not a conspiracy that superstar QBs get protected better than non superstar QBs. It's the way things works in all sports. Protect the faces of the sport.

    they did a study on that. Statistics showed that they got less. I think the elite QBs get it out quicker.
