This game scares me to be honest, the Eagles despite their record can be a real threat and frankly I don't think we match up well with the Eagles. I'm not saying we're going to lose, I'm just saying I'm very concerned about this game.
Jackson is a dream matchup for Revis--his only great asset is his blinding speed, and Revis can run deep with anyone (especially if there's no real threat of a quick slant, which there pretty much isn't with Jackson.) Shady McCoy is the matchup that scares me in this game. If we let him get to the outside, this could be a replay of the Raiders game.
It's OK, if the whole "football thing" doesn't pan out long-term, he can always consider teaching English 101 at the local university.
This is a game they absolutely have to win, and win big, I think. The Eagles are down, and the Jets can nail their coffin shut. The defense needs to step it up this week and have a statement game.
Negative nancies I am almost ashamed to be a jets fan after reading half this crap you "jet fans" are writing. If you are scared get a night light and hold your moms hand during the game. If you think people here are negative you should go to the Eagles board. Everyone here is saying they think we can easily lose this game and over there most make it sound like a forgone conclusion that the Eagles lost already.
The Eagles speed concerns me. The Jets do not match up well against fast teams. This reminds me of the Oakland game. The key for the Jets is to pound the ball on the ground against the Eagles poor run defense and grab a lead.

I'm pretty sure Rex is is gonna get fairly creative on d and will make them look silly.
