I only scanned this but after scanning it only slightly more, this is bam-worthy trolling. Jet fans were “classless” at the end of the game? Are you fucking kidding us? Seriously, GFY and lose the schtick.
Holy Debbie Downer Disagree with most. A couple are valid Just let the kids enjoy a win and gel tighter
If you are truly a Jet fan and not a troll then you are very brave to go on this forum and make such a critical statement of the Jets after a very impressive victory. 1.) I think it is way to early to call the Jets a bad or a good football team. Having a QB like Darnold may help the team quite a bit since football players play more confidently when they believe in their QB. 2.) Ok I agree with you on that, good point. 3.) Matt Patricia and the Lions had a very bad game, but to call him the worst coach in the NFL might be premature. 4.) Darnold needs the extra playing time and he was in no danger because the Lions gave up. 5.) Look the Jets have not had a victory like this in a long time, let them enjoy it. 6.) McCown is a great veteran to have and he will be a great mentor to Darnold, good point. 7.) Excellent point. 8.) Detroit is a pitiful place and the fact that the Jets got be on MNF is great. I was impressed by the number of Jet fans there. This shows loyalty. Besides Detroit is one of the armpits of America, so to go there shows loyalty. 9.) Agree the broadcast team really sucked. This was not their top crew and I hope not to ever hear them again. 10.) Ok maybe some of the Jets fans were being a little annoying, but what the heck they have not tasted victory like this in a long time. I think you are being a little unfair here. 11.) Those cheerleaders were pretty hot, that is about the only good thing I can say about Detroit. Agree 100% 12.) The jets were very impressive tonight and even though the Lions suck, they played very well. They don't have an easy schedule so your prediction has a good chance of being true.
My lord that was fun to read!! They went from Darnold being worse than Peterman to saying: "Great, now we have Darnold to deal with for the next 15 years." LMAO
That was an impressive game far exceeded my expectations of how we could play. The Lions were trash but we made them look that way. After the first play I was thinking "oh crap" but didn't lose faith, i thought let's just see how the next 10-15 minutes go. Darnold was impressive, our D was impressive and we scored a TD off a punt return! When was the last time that happened? A pick 6 thrown in the mix, 4 (or was it 6?) interceptions a long running TD and a long bomb TD from Darnold to Anderson as well. The main thing for me was Darnold looked comfortable out there, this is the youngest starting QB since the merger? Kids got a great head in his shoulders I hope we can back up over the next couple of weeks but you couldn't ask for a better start to the season. When was the last time we put up 48 points?
