We NEVER win these type of games

I totally agree. This was a hard fought Football game. Lots of give and take. There is no way in hell we did not deserve it though. The most awesome thing is how this team just pulls through the adversity and wins. It is 6-2 on the road. That is fantastic!

 

LOL try being at the game with no rain protection. Did it suck. My jeans weighed 50 pounds. I also pissed my pants and did not know the difference.

 

This time its the Jets turn to be a team to win these types of games.

 

Actually, since 1998, the Jets have won quite a few of these games.

1998 - beating the Dolphins and Bills on the road to win the division
2001 - beating the Raiders on the last play of the last game of the season in Oakland to make the playoffs
2002 - beating NE on the road in week 16 and GB at home in week 17 to make the playoffs.
2004 - winning that crazy playoff game against the Chargers.

In fact, the Jets have been winning more of "these" games in the last 8 years than at any time in their history.

 

So, does champ show up this morning?

 

Champ will show up on Friday or Saturday predicting doom and gloom for Sunday.

 

Champ has been much more positive in the past few weeks. I think he shows up and has nice things to say about Washington and Mangini, and predicts a win for Sunday.

 

From pre-'97 yeah but we've won alot of big games in the past decade. this is nothing new.
