Well Harbaugh left Rex as DC and I don't know about their special teams coach.

The big difference also is most new head coaches don't take over a team that was 8-3 at one point the year before. If you're taking over the Rams or the Lions you want a fresh start. That's not necessarily what was needed for the Jets.

agreed but its not first decent team to have a coach fired or leave and hire outside the organization. How bout Pittsburgh right now what are the pedigree of his assistance.

was there time left on those guys current contracts? hmm maybe they didnt want to pay those guys to only have to pay new guys as well.

maybe rex liked those guys, i could see where that could be a possibility.

i guess he could say after year 1 or 2 if things didnt go well that he needed to bring his guys in.

maybe there werent, or werent going to be a bunch of people wanting a job under rex ryan?

really who knows why it happens, but it is a little odd.

that all I am saying is odd against the grain, which leaves you open for praise or criticism.

The Jets are running a hybrid Front Office, part Redskins and part Ravens.

every thought that comes into your head does not need a thread. in fact none of the thoughts in your head need a thread.

Maybe if you are going to spend all this time littering the forum with your very important random thoughts, you can maybe take an ounce of constructive criticism and pay attention about the paragraph situation of your posts.

The funny thing is that ToddisGod used his being very busy between shuttling his children around and doing his job as an excuse for his unreadable posting style, and yet he has plenty of time to post a dozen threads and complain incessantly when people get annoyed with that posting style.

It really doesn't take that much time or effort to hit the enter key.

It took all of my self-control not to proofread, correct, and rewrite the OP of this thread.

    <fazes>?!?
