This team doesn't understand poise(Something Bowles supposively preached all offseason)Doesn't know how to sustain(Basically ever) & this team doesn't know how to put a game away. It's been an issue since basically 2008. You cannot dominate the trenches more than the Jets did on Sunday. I guess the DL could've stripped the ball & taken it in for 6 themselves once or twice... To lose just suggests some serious issues. This team has mental issues that need fixing. Talent means nothing if you lack conviction. Right now the Jets lack conviction..they can't get out of their own way. I've had enough of the "Complimentary football" conservative offense bullcrap. It no longer works in today's NFL. Fear of turnovers is DEATH!Overreacting to turnovers is paralysis. This is big boy Arena ball on Field turf. The ball needs to go in the end zone many,MANY times. To settle for anything less is unacceptable. Give this vaunted Defense something to work with.
