Chargers are pretty talented too, Allen, Ekler would fit in well with Brady. Another team that’s been drafting well.

The make up of the team is a balance of drafted players and FA that came together the whole season and culminated with a SB victory.

Who does what during which game is a non factor, they all contributed to a successful season.

If Jets can have another solid draft next year, I believe you will see Joe add some FA to help team start winning more football games.

There is no way Joe is going to wait till 2023 draft for team to be successful.

The easy/difficult schedule thing is always deceptive. The good teams are winning more games so their schedule appears easier, while the bad teams are losing games so their schedule appears harder because the teams they’ve played have an extra win on the notch.

    Most NFL schedules are tough.

Every team that has the Jets on their schedule thinks it is a win, and most of them are right. We don't have a weak upcoming schedule, we have a weak team.

I was all in with the Saleh hire, it's been all downhill since and it's still plummeting with no end in sight. However, I'm going to try to will myself off the ledge and give him more time.

I think you mean epiphany. He's fine. They need better players.

No joke, i think we should bring back Gregg Williams as defensive coordinator. He would have the defense playing better, have the d more prepared, and inject some much needed experience into the cvoaching staff. Whether that can work i don't know but Ulbrich is not working at all right now

Bingo! Sorry JD hired Saleh and drafted Wilson over the picks. He should be fired too with Saleh. And we can start over again. It's completely fine since we're in the middle of a teardown/rebuid. JD isn't getting us anywhere – so I'm not sure why you want to see another year of his decision making. plus the CS he chose sucks.

At least Gregg Williams had a pulse. His defenses although sometime takes too many risks did not embarrass themselves. Morton's offense would have fit Zach like a glove. If Saleh wants to be a CEO, he had better get a staff than can do their jobs effectively. Neither Ulbrich nor LeFleur have demonstrated this even if you count LeFleur's move up to the booth. He's still pass happy. Our vaunted DL is MIA, our LB's outside of Mosely are simply serviceable and amazingly enough, our young CB's are holding their own but occasionally get victimized by a really bad play call from the DC.
