Vilma moving to OLB?

    The best thing that could happen to this defense would be to move Vilma outside.

    Vilma stays inside, next to Harris

    your 4 OLB's are

    Thomas / Bowens

    Barton / Hobson

    If Wadsworth comes back to be anything at all, we have incredible depth. If not we are fairly deep

    Some people say Vilma isn't big enough to play ILB in the 3-4 but he CERTAINLY is not big enough to play OLB. BT is more than 260. Adalius Thomas is more than 270. DeMarcus Ware is 260. Antony Spencer, who many on this board wanted to be lining up in green and white next year is more than 260.

    Simply put, JVil is purely an ILB. He isn't big enough to take on OLinemen consistently, and that is what OLBs are required to do.

    I think Harris along side Vilma will be deadly for many years. Hobson and Thomas are outside.

    Thomas / Vilma / Harris / Hobson

    this will be a very good LB crew for years to come.
