There's no score in the game after a quarter ..... but I agree that the Seahawks will most likely win.

The Panthers and Seahawks look pretty evenly matched in this one, but Carolina is killing itself with stupid turnovers. .... actually neither of these teams look like a playoff team.

Mr. One Dimensional actually consistently produced a top quality defensive unit, regardless of the personnel at his disposal. Good or bad. The area of expertise that he had knowledge in was good.

Marrone wasn't even one dimensional. His unit was atrocious, that defense under Jimmy was fantastic. I'm not good at math, but I would say your logic is extremely flawed.

...and even if I entertained your argument. HC is responsible for the W's and L's.

    We'll...

15-17 wasn't very good the last time I checked.

I'm not Marrone's defender and don't care if he's hired or not. But the anti-Marrone arguments are as dopey as the hate Idzik commentary. He inherited a team that hadn't had a .500 record in ten years. And in his 2nd year his team is 9-7. To me it shows improvement. And then when I say that you say he had nothing to do with that record because it was because of great defense which he inherited. Well, last I looked he was in charge of the entire operation, O and D which is what a head coach does. Plus he inherited the entire team O and D. And they only started playing good football after he came aboard.

This. This whole coaching search is Exhibit A in "Why you don't fire someone until you have a better replacement in mind." Every name is someone who was an absolute nobody two years ago; now we're supposed to pretend they are the greatest thing since sliced bread based on two years of success (Meanwhile, Rex's two years of going to the AFC Championship with the worst QB in pro football is to be completely dismissed).

Wouldn't want Josh Mcdaniels but got to give him credit for yesterdays adapting to flow of game, Pats couldn't run so why bother, they threw on every play and set an NFL postseason record for fewest rushing yards 17, but are hosting the AFC Championship game...
