He brought up “the View” He said “We’re going back to that era where local TV stations, judging the public interest, get to decide what the American people think” Scary words
I’ve never watched Kimmel , or any of the late shows. Don’t really care for them, and I don’t stay up that late. It’s not about Kimmel. Last time I watched him he was making fun of Oprah. Everyone should be terrified of where this is going. My opinion, anyway. Someone is turning out to be just about everything a lot of people were saying he would. When people go after other people and their jobs online because of things they said or believe, it’s bad enough. But when it’s being encouraged by the elected, that’s pretty bad

I cannot recall a time in my adult life when a president and his high ranking officials have called for the silencing of opinions diverging from those of the incumbent. Empty claims to the contrary are meaningless without citations.
The FCC commissioner himself said this hasn’t been happening for years. He said the FCC has let things go, but he intends to change that

Maybe that group "Antifa". Except there is no such group. No hierarchy, no membership, nobody calling the shots. Of course it does appear that a bunch of people are of the mindset that denouncing fascism is a good thing.
