This pig can't breathe without lying but bludgeoning adds up based on the murder of Stephany Flores. It's probably one or two facts mixed in with a bunch of mistruths.

Did he say what his motive was? Was it robbery? Stephany Flores was not sexually assaulted. This guy has rage like Ted Bundy minus the rape (that we know of). I'm convinced he's killed more women than we'll ever know. Him bouncing around Thailand and South America gives me pause.

So he was enraged because she rebuffed him and he killed her. Stephanie Flores was not sexually assaulted and it was a robbery, although I stand corrected on something NOT minor. I recall him mumbling that whatever was woven in with the murder confession of Flores that she did also reject him.

No way there's not more dead bodies.

Yeah, a lot of people aren’t buying his story, just on no body washing up alone.

The FBI is back at the murder house for the Idaho Murders. I was reading it's at the request of the prosecution so they can 'reconstruct' the crime/crime scene at the trial. Also, cameras will be continue to be allowed in the courtroom. I may have gotten lost on that because I thought cameras would NOT be allowed. (((shrugs)))

Yeah, I thought it was slated to be demolished, as in a while ago? Or that it already happened and I didn't hear about it? o_O

I didn't even know that Ted Kaczynski, a/k/a The Unibomber, offed himself in June 2023. Although there's this: "Prison officials believe his death to be a suicide " o_O He did have cancer, it's just odd phraseology. No mention of a suicide note, which I find hard to believe seeing as the FBI has his actual cabin in The FBI Museum, a ton of his writings to hundreds of people is kept at the University of Michigan, and he wrote non-stop and prolifically.

Interestingly enough, his manifesto makes some salient points. "Technology" and destruction of the environment are not good things.

Who drove that decision? The college?

Because it really doesn’t make any sense to do that before the trial.

Probably want the university to move on and also stop getting such a tourist attraction for crime sleuths. But still.

I got 29 points for him this year. 10 bonus points for the suicide. I think those 10 points put me over the top.

Well, well, well, Scott Peterson's case has been picked up by The Innocence Project. Laci Peterson's mother will probably lose it.

    https://www.usatoday.com/story/news...-peterson-innocence-project-case/72274646007/

Hear me out on this case. Someone's reaction to being accused of murder or while at trial is never a good measuring stick, yet the court of public opinion is always convicting people because of it.

Scott Peterson is a liar, a cheat, and a shitheel, which speaks to his character, but that's a big jump to premeditated murder. What I always thought happened was Laci confronted him about his affair, they argued, he shoved her, and the rest is history.

I saw a documentary a couple of years ago, and there were certain details that were concerning. One was how the prosecution theorized Scott Peterson disposed of Laci's body. Independent attorneys who were pushing for a new trial re-enacted it as presented in Court. It wasn't possible to accomplish without capsizing the boat no matter how many times they tried.

There are mountains if circumstantial evidence pointing to Scott Peterson. Plus, he was pulling an OJ: passport, grew a beard, dyed his hair, had 10K cash on him when he was arrested. Was he attempting to flee? Um . . .

In any event, there were so many screaming questions raised in that documentary that a cache of lawyers are gunning for exoneration. There was also some weird shit with a couple of jurors, but the verdict was upheld, which it really shouldn't have been.

If I was on that jury, there were more than enough reasons NOT to convict because of REASONABLE DOUBT. Scott Peterson was sentenced to death, btw. He later had his death sentence commuted to life. It will interested to see what The Innocence Project presents. If he is indeed fully exonerated, ain't that some bullshit.

    Happens everyday.

    EDIT: More:

This is definitely how an innocent person would react......he's a scumbag that should've been lit up.

I don't disagree. I just don't think he killed her intentionally, which was his fatal mistake (no pun intended). If I knew that I unintentionally and accidentally took somebody's life, there is no way I could go on with my own. Where the scumbaggery fully comes into play is his "they'll fry me even though I didn't do it on purpose" conversation he had with himself and possibly his parents (although he, they, and his sister all claim he has never stopped professing his innocence).

I wish I could recall the name of the documentary. because some points were brought up where I actually said you know what? If that had been presented in Court, now I'm not so damn sure.

There was a different article I read where a couple of jurors said if they actually come up with new incontovertible evidence that could clear him, that makes me them feel a lot better because they did not feel rock solid for conviction on First & Second Degree Murder, him being a POS notwithstanding.

"I'm pretty sure he did it" isn't the way it's supposed to work.

Paramount plus has a 3 part documentary coming out Feb 6 about the Idaho murders and the YouTube crime sleuths phenomenon. Should be interesting.
