When I read Slauson was gonna take some reps @ RT, I was thinking perhaps it would've been best to draft DeCastro & have Slauson & WFH battle for RT. If Vlad could step up and be the other guard then Mangold+DeCastro+Vlad would be so devastating. Of course, now that the draft is over, we just have to believe in Coples. === Even w/ Coples in the first round, I would've preferred to avoid the Tebow trade and instead draft a RT prospect. With WFH starting any other injuries on the OL are pretty much going to end the season.

Some can. The only thing worthy over Coples in that draft that could immediately have an impact would have been Kalil and we'd have to trade the farm for that. That I would have loved. If Slauson can in fact play RT which I imagine he can do better than Hunter DeCastro would have been perfect. Its rare to find anyone who can come in and be good on the line as a rookie but DeCastro I think will be special. Can't believe he ended up on the Steelers.

What the hell is wrong with our team. I'm glad Rex is being stern and not buddy buddy with everyone so far. Fight yesterday means nothing if is squashed right away but I don't like what I'm hearing so far. A lot of it seems to be around Cromartie.
I thought I would enjoy training camp a lot this year with all the prospective talent,... Now I find myself dreading the coverage every morning. They are gonna have a field day with this tomorrow.
