I think Ruckert will be the #2 or maybe even the #1 TE next year. I like Uzomah and am fine with him as the #2 this year, but wouldn't complain if Ruckert did beat him out. That would be quite an accomplishment, and would definitely portend a bright future for Ruckert and the Jets.
According to wfan Beckton was benched. This guy is going to learn real quick this year is not going to be the same in terms of chances.

I'm not surprised that he's struggling. It's been 2 years since he played, and he has to readjust to the speed of the Jets speedy pass rushers now. Hopefully, the rust will start falling off soon, and he'll start looking a lot better.
